
- Always wear shoes or shocks during the exercise
- Wear flip flops at the showers and at the locker rooms
- Keep any cuts clean and covered
- Choose moisture-wicking clothes
- Use a towel to add an extra barrier between your skin and shared surfaces
- Wash your hands right after
- Take a shower as soon as possible
- Dry your skin well and put a moisturizer if it is sensitive
- Wear clean clothes and socks
- If you notice any sign of infection visit your dermatologist
